Terms & conditions

Payment for services provided by Create Health Limited are required in full before commencement of the treatment or service. We reserve the right to cancel treatment if payment has not been received.

Payments for treatment including IUI, IVF, ICSI, egg donation, egg sharing, surrogacy must be received no later than on the day of the first monitoring scan.

The Clinic requires advanced payment for consultations, and if less than 48 hours notice of cancellation is given, no refund will be given.

All procedures requiring intravenous sedation anaesthesia will be subject to an additional charge.

Stimulated IVF/ICSI, FET, Egg Donation (both UK and overseas), egg sharing and surrogacy cycles which are not successful are entitled to a free follow-up consultation within six months of the negative result.

Blood tests and medication are charged separately and are not included within the treatment fees. Required laboratory tests, scans and medication are dependent on medical situation and vary from one person to another.

If you are taking advantage of our 3 cycle package a contract needs to be signed before the first cycle. 

Drugs are not returnable or refundable.

All prices are in pounds sterling.

The Clinic accepts cash, credit cards, debit cards and bankers drafts. There is a 2% charge for payments made by credit card.

The clinic is unable to accept personal cheques, except for annual storage payment.

Create Health is setting up an interest free loan scheme for clients. A nominal charge is applied for this. Details are available on request 

The price list is intended as a guide and is subject to change without prior notice. Errors and omissions excepted.

The price list is effective from 10 April 2012 for new patients and cycles, and is for information purposes only and should not be treated as a formal trade offer.

The Clinic regrets that if accounts remain unpaid for more than two weeks legal action may have to be taken to retrieve the funds.
